New LVS Blogs Focus on Improving the Delivery of Legal Services

July 14, 2010– Legal Vertical Strategies announced the launch of two new blogs, Law Firm Transitions, and Legal Vendor Advisory. Although geared toward two separate audiences, both blogs were created with the ultimate goal of encouraging conversations that ultimately lead to the improved delivery of legal services.

Legal Vendor Advisory (www.legalvendoradvisory.com) promotes discussion of strategies, opportunities and challenges legal service providers face in bringing products to market to support the practice of law. Cathy Kenton, chair of the LVS Vendor Services Group, is the primary author of Legal Vendor Advisory.

Law Firm Transitions (www.lawfirmtransitions.com) focuses on business and client development issues that support generating change in the way law firms and lawyers provide value to clients. Debra Baker, chair of the LVS Law Firm Services Group, is the primary author of Law Firm Transitions.

“As the only business development consultancy that works with clients throughout the legal vertical, LVS provides a unique perspective on the issues and challenges taking place in the legal industry,” said Baker. “We want to share our experiences and viewpoints with a broader audience and, hopefully, generate increased dialogue that will benefit the entire legal community.”
